TAKE BACK

YOUR LIFE.

In 2008 my husband’s routine bloodwork signaled a problem to me.  But doctors did not recognize this as a problem.  I pushed, and got things moving but unfortunately he already had stage 3 colon cancer. Continued pushing and surveillance on my part led him down a positive path.  He now has been cancer free for 13 years!   My passion is to help others be good custodians of their own health.   Carolyn

Thank You. I will be in touch.

I live in another state and my father had a debilitating accident. Carolyn's experience, compassion and professionalism helped take much of the worry off of not being able to be with my father at all times during his great time of need.

Scott in Minnesota and Arizona;

My brother passed away in 2014 , leaving a 50 year old daughter and 48 year old son - both with significant health issues, mobility concerns, hygiene problems. Although they lived by themselves together, the myriad of health insurance issues, as well as updating their medical history with exams- was a daunting task, Family was out of state.

Carolyn Bennett took the bull by the horns with an initial assessment (very reasonable), documenting concerns, to do's, resolving insurance issues, established appointments, and gave them a road map to healthier independent, living. Carolyn was a godsend.

Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA)

In our complex system of health care, certifications help to provide assurance of quality, safe and ethical conduct. Across industries, certification translates to confidence and trust, and is valued by consumers worldwide. Certification can help guide consumers to locate the most qualified service providers available.

BCPA is a credential earned by those who have studied and passed the official certification exam to determine their abilities and fitness for serving patients and their families who need assistance with some portion of their journey through the healthcare system.

This board requires the advocate to uphold the ethical and professional standards set forth for this organization.

Certified Senir Advocate Logo

Certified Senior Advocate (CSA)

The Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® is the leading certification for professionals serving older adults, and is a designation awarded to qualified individuals. Earning the CSA certification requires individuals to pass a rigorous exam and to uphold the highest ethical standards for the benefit and protection of the health and welfare of seniors.

CSAs are multidisciplinary professionals who have demonstrated advanced knowledge in the multiple processes of aging.
